At Church Pest & Pools, we want you to make you pest-free by giving you the ounce of prevention that’s worth a pound of cure. But we know that sometimes, pests can invade your home and you just want to get rid of them—fast.

Here is a breakdown of our different services and treatment programs.

General Pest Control Service:

• Our general service treats silverfish, earwigs, spiders and, American roaches and ants (not including sugar ants, crazy ants or carpenter ants).
• Ants (but does not include sugar ants, crazy ants or carpenter ants). We spot treat ant mounds in your yard depending on severity, then spray the interior and exterior of your home and granulate your yard up to 10 feet from your house.
• This also includes knocking down spider webs and wasp nests within reach on eaves of the house.

Quarterly Pest Control Maintenance:

• We treat your home on a quarterly basis for ants, spiders and American roaches (see general service for details).
• There may be additional charges for other pest problems.
• We will return in between quarterly services treatments at no additional charge to re-spray for covered pests if an issue is brought to our attention.
• This includes exterior service only.
• We can treat the interior by request.  Most of our customers schedule for interior and exterior treatments at the same time.

One- Time Pest Treatment:

Our one-time pest treatment:

• Covers the interior and exterior of the home (see general service).
• Comes with a 30-day warranty.

German Roach Treatment:

We treat your house for German roaches using a non-repellant insecticide and a gel to bait all areas where there’s roach activity.

• This service includes a two2-week follow-up treatment to eliminate the next egg cycle.
• Cost depends upon the severity of the infestation. Call for a quote.

Flea Treatment:

The price of our flea treatment depends on the size of your lot.

• We treat your exterior yard, with a residual insecticide as well as all carpeted areas inside your home, with a residual insecticide.
• We use an insect growth regulator to stunt the fleas’ reproductive cycle.
• This service comes with a 2- week follow-up.

For all flea treatments, be sure to: 

• Vacate the house of all people and pests for up to 4 hours if we treat the inside of your home.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas before we come out, and throw away the vacuum bag.
• Keep your yard maintained.
• Dip all animals at the same time we do the treatment.

Tick Treatment:

Similar to our flea treatment, our tick treatment price is based upon your lot size. This treatment is offered in 3 monthly treatments, or you can purchase a one-time service with no warranty.

• Be sure to vacuum all carpeted areas.
• You’ll need to leave your home for 4 hours while we perform the treatment inside your home.
• We use a residual insecticide to treat the outside.

Pharaoh Ant Treatment:

Our pharaoh ant treatment is priced depending on the severity of the infestation.

• We use a non-repellant insecticide around the exterior and interior perimeters of your home.
• We place gel baits in all areas inside the home where there is current ant activity.
• Our pharaoh ant treatment comes with a 30- day warranty.  

Fire Ant Treatment:

Like our flea and tick treatments, our fire ant treatment is priced by the size of your lot. Here, you have two different treatment options to choose from:

• Liquid treatment, which treats the yard, but has no warranty.
• Granular bait treatment, which absorbs into the soil and comes with a 1-year warranty.

Caribbean Crazy Ant Treatment:

• Our crazy ant treatment consists of a liquid exterior treatment with a non-repellant insecticide.
• We do a follow-up treatment 2 weeks later, or we may recommend a maintenance service depending on how severe your infestation is.

Rodent Exclusion:

• When we perform a rodent exclusion, we seal all large openings with hardware cloth and copper mesh.
• We use black expanding foam to seal all areas that are large enough for a rodent to enter.
• Our service includes setting traps and monitoring.
• It also comes with an optional 1-year warranty.

Animal Trapping:

• This service includes a 5-day live trap rental.
• If we catch the animal within a 5-day period, we will remove the trap.
• There will be an additional charge for additional traps.

Bee Treatment:

• Our bee treatment uses a residue-based liquid insecticide to kill bees quickly.
• Then we follow up with a dust treatment since bees can still swarm for a few days after treatment.
• We will do a follow-up in 3 days to verify that the bees are eliminated and to seal the opening.
• Our treatment does not include replacing sheetrock or masonry.

Carpenter Bees:

• Carpenter bee treatment consists of treating entrance holes with a repellant liquid insecticide and using dusts.
• We will return to do a 1-week follow-up treatment.
• This includes sealing openings with silicone or caulk.

Termite Treatment:

Our termite treatment cost depends upon the area that needs to be treated and includes ONLY subterranean termites on slab foundation homes. This includes:

• Exterior treatment, in which we trench around the outside perimeter of the building and drill holes in all concrete areas that come in contact with the foundation.
• Interior treatment with termite foam around your home’s plumbing penetrations.

Carpenter Ant Treatment:

When treating carpenter ants, we price our solution based upon the severity of your infestation. It includes:

• Treating around the exterior and interior perimeter with a non-repellant insecticide.
• Dusting visible entry points for a longer- lasting residual effect.
• A 2-week follow-up to verify the ants have been eliminated.

Mosquito Treatments:

Our mosquito treatments are either long- or short-term duration:

• We can install a new mosquito misting system or repair and maintain existing systems.
• We also provide a one-time mosquito treatment, which carries no warranty.
